Return Window

You have to initiate the return/exchange within 7 days of the order delivery.

Returns

Cost per return: 250 Rupees

Why? To help cover the payment gateway processing fees and return shipping costs associated with returns, a ₹250 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

NOTE: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

Cost per exchange: 200 Rupees

NOTE: Exchanges are Subject to product availability.

Refunds

Refund is processed after the return item is received and checked. It can take up to 3 days for the refund amount to reflect in to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
