Return/Exchange Window
You have to initiate the return/exchange within 7 days of the order delivery.
Returns
Cost per return:
- 250 Rupees (if Prepaid order)
- 290 Rupees (if COD order)
Why? To help cover the payment gateway processing fees and return shipping costs associated with returns, a ₹250/290 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
A return fee of ₹250/290 applies to the first item, plus ₹200 for each additional item returned from the same order.
NOTE: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
Cost per exchange: 200 Rupees
If you want to exchange multiple items in the same order, then an additional fee of Rs. 200 will be applied per item.
NOTE: Exchanges are Subject to product availability.
Refunds
Refund is processed after the return item is received and checked. It can take up to 3 days for the refund amount to reflect in to your account.
If you paid advance partial amount for a COD order and do not receive the order (customer unavailable/change of mind), the advance amount (any amount that you paid) is non-refundable in that case.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
