Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tallr, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached
  • We'll arrange the exchange and provide you with return instructions

Note: Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

Refunds

If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we'll process it once we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (unless tags are still attached and hygiene seal is intact)
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
