Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tallr, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached
- We'll arrange the exchange and provide you with return instructions
Note: Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
Refunds
1. If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we'll process it once we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 24 Hours after approval.
2. An amount of 250 INR will be deducted for: 1. shipping expenses 2. Payment Gateway Charges, from your refund amount.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear (unless tags are still attached and hygiene seal is intact)
- Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
